The Opportunity

Satori Capital is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant & Business Operations Specialist to support a senior partner and help streamline internal operations.

This is not a traditional EA role.

You will begin by owning high-volume executive support for a demanding stakeholder, then evolve into a process-driven, AI-enabled operator—identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation, and improving workflows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support (Primary Focus Initially)

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and communications for a senior executive
Prioritize and triage high-volume requests with minimal direction
Prepare materials, coordinate meetings, and ensure follow-through on action items
Act as a strategic partner, not just a task executor
Navigate ambiguity and clarify incomplete or fast-moving instructions

AI & Workflow Optimization

Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude and similar platforms) to:
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Improve communication workflows
- Increase speed and accuracy of deliverables
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work across the organization
Build systems that enhance executive productivity without sacrificing quality

Business Operations (Expanded Scope Over Time)

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in internal processes
Implement systems and workflows to improve operational performance
Support cross-functional coordination and execution
Contribute to scaling internal processes across portfolio companies

Strong communication skills – especially with fast-moving or unclear stakeholders

Experience

3–7+ years in:
- Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Business Operations roles
Experience supporting senior executives in high-performance environments
Exposure to startups, private equity, consulting, or similar fast-paced settings preferred

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs)
- Slack
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Smartsheet or similar tools
Strong familiarity with AI tools (especially Claude or similar LLMs)
Comfort implementing tools, systems, and automations

Working Style & Environment
