About You

Experience working on residential and or commercial projects within the UK
Good understanding of UK planning processes and requirements
Strong design ability with a high level of attention to detail
Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe InDesign
Confident producing clear drawings and sketch work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, proactive, and design‑driven approach
Experience preparing planning applications, design codes, and technical information
