The Role

This opportunity is suited to Architects looking to take ownership of design delivery across complex residential schemes. The role involves working across all stages of a project, from concept through to completion, leading project teams, coordinating consultants, and ensuring design intent is carried through to delivery. Lead Architects will play a key role in mentoring team members and supporting the wider studio as projects progress.

What They’re Looking For

ARB‑registered Architect
Proven experience delivering residential projects in the UK
Strong technical knowledge and confidence producing high‑quality design and construction packages
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Strong design sensibility with a high level of attention to detail
