The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from early consultation through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

Managing project teams to ensure seamless integration of design and technical delivery
Overseeing the production and coordination of technical documentation with strong Revit skills
Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project objectives and ensure successful project outcomes
Providing leadership in all project phases, balancing creative design thinking with robust technical execution
Mentoring and supporting the professional development of junior team members through guidance and structured learning

Candidate Requirements

Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience delivering medium to large-scale projects
Advanced proficiency in Revit
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
