About the Role

As a Technical Architect, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless technical delivery of residential projects. Your expertise in Revit, construction detailing, and team leadership will be instrumental in producing high-quality, buildable solutions that align with client expectations. Key responsibilities include:

Technical Expertise: Apply advanced Revit skills to produce accurate technical drawings and construction details.
Team Leadership: Support and lead project teams, ensuring coordination between disciplines and effective collaboration.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, clearly communicating technical solutions and design intent.
Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with consultants and contractors to maintain compliance with UK building regulations and industry best practices.

Candidate Requirements

3+ years PQE as a Technical Architect, ideally with experience in residential projects
Strong proficiency in Revit, capable of producing detailed technical drawings
Excellent communication skills, with experience leading teams and liaising with clients
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
