Senior Project Manager | Enterprise Security & Mission Critical

Location: DMV Area (Office base in Columbia, MD / Chantilly, VA) Project Volume: $3M – $15M+ single-project responsibility Industry: Electronic Security / Systems Integration

Role Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes security integration projects within the Healthcare and Data Center sectors. This is not a "remote" role; it is a high-visibility position requiring a "boots on the ground" leader who can navigate complex construction environments and manage the financial rigor of multi-million dollar contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Drive profitability by aggressively managing change orders, protecting margins, and navigating construction accounting portals.
Full Lifecycle Oversight: Direct large-scale installations (CCTV, Access Control, IDS) from contract turnover through to final commissioning.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors (GCs) and sophisticated end-users in the mission-critical space.
Team Leadership: Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors, ensuring documentation meets the high standards of enterprise-level projects.

Candidate Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of PM experience in a construction-heavy environment (Security, Electrical, or Low Voltage).
Project History: Proven track record of managing single projects exceeding $3M. Experience with Data Centers (Google, Microsoft, AWS-style environments) is highly preferred.
Accountability: A "win-first" mindset with the ability to hold vendors and subcontractors accountable to schedules and budgets.
Logistics: Must be based in the DMV region and capable of managing time between job sites and regional offices.

Package:

Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE).
Benefits: Competitive Vehicle Allowance ($400/mo) + mileage.
