A warm and collaborative specialty dental office in North Vancouver is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join their team. This innovative periodontal practice is supported by a close-knit and professional team environment.

They are looking for someone who is kind, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively while providing excellent patient care and administrative support.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday
Start time between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
End time between 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends

Compensation & Perks

$32–36/hour based on experience and skill set
$750 annual healthcare allowance (after tax)
Uniform allowance after 3 months
Free parking available

Duties Include (but are not limited to)

Communicate with patients by phone, email, text, and in person
Process payments and insurance forms
Send reports and correspondence to referring doctors and patients
Coordinate recall systems and scheduling using Cleardent
Manage day-end balancing and general administrative duties
Fax prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental office reception role in Canada

Completion of a Dental Reception Program is considered a strong asset
