We are working with a highly respected and well known PropTech business within the estate agency sector who are looking to bring on an experienced Business Development Manager on a fractional self employed basis.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced estate agency or PropTech professional looking for a flexible high earning consultancy style position alongside existing commitments.
The role
Managing and developing relationships across an existing estate agency client database
Upselling additional products and services into warm accounts already engaged with the business
Building long term commercial relationships with agency owners and decision makers
Identifying opportunities to increase product adoption across existing clients
Representing a recognised and established brand within the property industry
Attending occasional client meetings, industry events and demonstrations where required
Working closely with internal teams to maximise account growth and retention
What they are looking for
Previous experience within estate agency, PropTech or property related BDM roles
Strong relationship building and commercial skills
Confident speaking with agency owners, directors and senior stakeholders
Self motivated and comfortable working autonomously
Existing industry connections would be highly beneficial
Professional, credible and consultative approach
