We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer - HVAC systems for our client, a company operating in the HVAC and energy applications sector, providing technical support to engineers, installers and partners.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers and partners, handling daily inquiries related to HVAC products, applications, and system-related technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone and email
Handle daily technical inquiries related to HVAC products and applications
Offer technical guidance to installers and field partners
Support customers in the correct use and application of HVAC systems and products
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical requests
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications and information
Participate in technical presentations, trainings, and webinars

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering (University or Technical Institute)
3+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, customer-facing technical roles, or technical sales support
Preferably experience in HVAC systems, heating systems, or energy applications
Strong communication skills with customers and technical partners
Very good command of English
Good knowledge of MS Office
