Position:Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Summary:

Our Client is seeking experienced cold callers to join our growing real estate investment team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to homeowners and pitching them on potentially selling their properties off-market. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position that requires strong phone skills, resilience, and the ability to quickly learn and execute our unique sales approach

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, introducing our client and gauging their interest in selling
Utilize persuasive communication techniques to move prospects through the sales funnel
Accurately log all call activity, notes, and next steps in the company CRM
Collaborate with the broader team to identify and pursue the most promising leads
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in the face of rejection
Identify opportunities to improve the cold calling process and provide feedback to management

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in direct inside sales
1+ year of direct real estate wholesale calling experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective cold calling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Familiarity with CRM software and dialing/call logging tools (specific tools TBD)
Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)
