In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Design and architect scalable data solutions using Databricks
Orchestrate and optimize data workflows and pipelines
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Guide developers by defining technical approaches, priorities, and implementation strategies
Review existing backend data objects and recommend improvements
Collaborate closely with the data team to ensure best practices in architecture and performance
Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on when necessary
Support troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills you have 🚀

4–7 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related roles
Strong expertise with Databricks and its ecosystem
Experience designing and orchestrating complex data workflows
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data architecture principles
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
Strong SQL skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar
Experience with Spark and distributed data processing
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics environments
