Role Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, and intellectually curious Personal Brand & Strategic Growth Manager to build and operate a unified visibility engine for our founder, Peter. Peter has accumulated substantial intellectual capital—including media appearances, conference talks, interviews, and deep written content—and we are looking for a hybrid operator to operationalize these raw assets into a modern growth platform.

This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. Instead, this position sits at the intersection of a Personal Brand Manager, Strategic Marketing Operator, Content & PR Lead, and Founder Associate (Chief of Staff-lite). You will shape Peter's digital footprint, amplify his industry visibility, manage executive network outreach, and establish market validation feedback loops that will directly shape the direction of his next corporate venture.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Brand & Content Architecture

LinkedIn & Digital Footprint: Complete ownership of managing and growing Peter’s personal LinkedIn presence, audience engagement, and broader digital footprint.
Content Atomization: Systematically extract, repurpose, and "atomize" Peter’s long-form media, podcast appearances, panels, and whitepapers into short-form, high-impact digital thought leadership.
Brand Guardlines: Protect and maintain strict alignment across all messaging, core values, positioning, and visual guidelines.

PR, Media & Industry Visibility

Media Pipelines: Proactively pitch, secure, and coordinate strategic podcast appearances, keynotes, conference panels, and guest publications.
Niche Positioning: Drive targeted visibility and credibility across the global AI governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise software conversations.
Network Cultivation: Build and maintain high-value relationships with relevant industry media outlets, community operators, and thought leaders.

Community Building & Market Validation

Community Cultivation: Launch, facilitate, and moderate a premium, founder-led digital community focused on AI compliance and enterprise AI adoption realities.
Signal Capture: Surface data-driven insights, recurring operational themes, and macro market signals from audience interactions to help test and validate upcoming business ideas.
Growth Experimentation: Continuously experiment with emerging acquisition channels, modern audience-building tactics, and high-growth digital strategies.

Strategic Coordination & Executive Support

High-Value Networking: Coordinate outbound outreach, introductory flows, and precise scheduling with global investors, tech operators, PE/VC firms, and senior enterprise contacts.
Sprint Accountability: Serve as the unified coordination layer across moving pieces, external vendors, and strategic initiatives. Keep internal metrics moving by supporting OKRs, 90-day sprint mapping, and initiative trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The Hybrid Mindset: A rare combination of a high-level strategic marketing thinker who is equally eager to roll up their sleeves and execute daily content creation, data tagging, and administrative logistics.
Core Experience: 3–5+ years of experience across personal brand marketing, founder-led growth models, content distribution, PR, or community development.
Domain Exposure: Familiarity with the commercial landscapes of tech startups, venture capital, B2B SaaS, management consulting, or enterprise AI technology.
Autonomy & Ambiguity: Highly proactive nature with a proven track record of entering unorganized environments, solving problems independently, and building workflows from scratch.
Communication Mastery: Superb written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to capture a founder's authentic voice, tone, and technical thesis flawlessly.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a traditional, passive Executive Assistant role.
This is not a heavily structured, "follow instructions only" environment.
This position is explicitly built for a self-directed operator who loves bringing fresh ideas to the table, figuring things out independently, and creating massive momentum alongside ambitious founders.

Measurable exponential growth in Peter's LinkedIn impressions, profile engagement, and audience acquisition metrics.
A consistent baseline monthly cadence of booked podcast appearances, media placements, and conference panels.
Smooth, automated data loops from the newly built community back to Peter to guide upcoming enterprise product design.
Strict execution and velocity across weekly 90-day sprint goals and operational timelines.
