On behalf of our client, a well established, fast growing and large food group in Cyprus, we are looking for an OOR Operations Manager to join a dynamic operational team and work closely alongside the Head of OOR, supporting the growth and performance of delivery operations, dark kitchens, and QSR locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys fast paced environments, operational excellence, and building high performing delivery systems with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Out-of-Restaurant operations across delivery, dark kitchens, and QSR locations
• Monitor and improve delivery performance, operational consistency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
• Provide hands-on operational support across stores and locations
• Support the setup and launch of new dark kitchens and QSR concepts
• Monitor delivery KPIs across all platforms and stores
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational teams
• Ensure quality control and packaging standards are maintained
• Prepare operational reports, KPI analysis, and performance insights
• Collaborate closely with restaurant and operations teams to identify improvements and solve operational challenges

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food delivery, QSR, hospitality, or restaurant operations
• Hands-on operational mindset with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with reports, KPIs, and operational data
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Fluent in English. Greek will be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office, POS systems, and delivery platforms
