About the role

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Performance Copywriter & Digital Ad Specialist to join the marketing team. This is a newly created role designed to support the company’s growing focus on Shopify and digital marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing marketing ad creatives, including graphic resizing, ad formatting, and conversion-focused copywriting for paid campaigns across digital platforms. This role combines creative design, direct-response copywriting, and ad execution to help drive customer acquisition and business growth.

The position is highly focused on Shopify-related marketing efforts and will play an important role in scaling the company’s online presence and revenue generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-converting digital ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns.
Resize, format, and optimize advertising assets for multiple digital platforms and placements.
Write compelling direct-response copy including headlines, ad text, product messaging, and calls-to-action.
Build and upload ad creatives into advertising platforms while ensuring correct specifications and tracking implementation.
Support Shopify marketing initiatives through creative asset development and optimized campaign messaging.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, layouts, and copy variations to improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative assets with promotions, product launches, and overall growth strategies.
Optimize website and landing page content to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Analyze ad performance metrics and make creative adjustments based on campaign data.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital advertising, direct-response copywriting, and ad creative production.
Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Experience using Klaviyo and familiarity with email marketing campaigns is preferred.
Understanding of Shopify and e-commerce marketing best practices.
Hands-on experience managing creatives within paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing and digital advertising principles.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
