Our client is a South African managed services and cybersecurity provider looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple client environments across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, and endpoint security technologies. You'll act as a key technical contact for clients, troubleshooting issues, managing onboarding and offboarding, supporting security tooling, and ensuring incidents are resolved properly rather than simply closed. The environment would suit someone coming from an MSP, MSSP, or corporate IT operations background who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and working across a broad technology stack. Experience with Microsoft 365 administration is essential, while exposure to CrowdStrike, Trellix, SIEM platforms, PowerShell, or FortiGate technologies would be advantageous.
