An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Supervisor to join a well-established hotel and restaurant on the Isle of Wight.

This is a business that has built its reputation through warm, genuine hospitality, quality food, and consistently strong guest experiences. Operating a successful hotel, restaurant, bistro and events operation, the team are now looking to strengthen their front-of-house leadership structure.

This role would suit an experienced Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager looking to take the next step in their hospitality career.

The Role

Working closely with the management team, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations, ensuring guests receive professional, welcoming and memorable service throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include:

Leading shifts across restaurant, bar and hotel operations
Supporting and developing junior front-of-house team members
Delivering warm, attentive and genuine hospitality
Assisting with guest relations and resolving issues professionally
Maintaining service standards and operational consistency
Supporting management with daily organisation and team communication
Helping create a positive and supportive working culture

The Ideal Candidate

Current Front of House Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Waitress
Experience within quality hotels, restaurants or hospitality venues
Strong guest service skills and natural leadership ability
Calm, organised and professional under pressure
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
Keen to progress into Assistant Manager level in the future

£28,000–£32,000 salary depending on experience
