Senior Dealer Principal

We are searching for a high-calibre Senior Dealer Principal to take full operational leadership of a multi-brand, high-volume dealership group.

This is a flagship role requiring a proven leader who can run a complex, fast-moving automotive business at scale — across Sales, Used Cars, Parts, and Workshop operations.

This is NOT a maintenance role. This is a performance role.

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Full dealership leadership across multiple brands
• Driving New & Used Car Sales (150+ units per month)
• Overseeing Parts and Workshop profitability and efficiency
• Leading large, multi-department teams
• Delivering strong financial, operational, and sales performance
• Implementing structure, discipline, and high-performance culture
• Ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and brand standards
• Managing rapid decision-making in a high-pressure environment

What we are looking for:
• Proven Dealer Principal experience (multi-franchise advantage)
• Strong commercial acumen across all dealership departments
• Exceptional leadership and team management capability
• Ability to operate in a high-volume, high-demand environment
