Senior Sales Negotiator

Salary: £50,000 OTE (£25,000 base)

Job Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate sales and rental agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible terms.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate market information, property valuations, and advice to clients throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and negotiation strategies.
Coordinate viewings, inspections, and meetings between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation, company policies, and professional standards.
Maintain up‑to‑date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with the wider sales and support teams to meet branch targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

No specific educational qualifications are required; however, a strong interest in property sales and negotiation is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
Basic numeracy and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).

Previous experience in sales, property lettings, estate agency, or a related customer‑facing role.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience negotiating contracts or agreements is advantageous.
Familiarity with the UK property market and local area knowledge is a plus.
