The Role

Working closely alongside an experienced Executive Chef, you will become a key member of a small, skilled brigade.

You will:

Run your section confidently during prep and service
Work with quality seasonal ingredients
Maintain consistently high standards of preparation and presentation
Support junior members of the team
Contribute to menu development and daily operations
Help maintain an organised and professional kitchen environment

For the right individual, there is a clear pathway towards a future Sous Chef position.

About You

Current Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie
Background within quality fresh-food restaurants
Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-focused approach
Looking for a long-term home rather than another short-term stepping stone
Passionate about food and hospitality
