We are working with a leading design-led studio seeking a Contract Architect to support the delivery of high-end luxury hospitality projects. The studio is seeking Architects who are available for an immediate start with experience working on similar projects.

The Role

You will join on a contract basis to support projects at RIBA Stages 1-3, focusing on detailed design development in Revit. You will work closely with the wider team to translate concept design into coordinated, buildable information.

Responsibilities

Develop project packages through RIBA Stages 1-3, ensuring designs are resolved and coordinated
Produce and manage Revit models, drawings and associated technical information
Collaborate with internal designers and external consultants
Contribute to design development while maintaining project quality and consistency
Support coordination of hospitality-specific requirements and detailing

Requirements

You have strong experience working at RIBA Stages 1-3
You are proficient in Revit and confident producing coordinated models and drawings
You bring experience in luxury hospitality architecture projects
You are either a qualified Architect, or equivalent with relevant experience
You are comfortable working in a contract role and contributing quickly within a team
