Description

As an Assistant Maître, you support the front-of-house management in delivering a refined, seamless guest experience. You help coordinate the dining room during service, guide the service team, and ensure that hospitality standards reflect the restaurant’s Michelin-level, plant-based philosophy.

Requirements

Culinairy student or graduate from a recognized hospitality or culinairy school.
Strong teamspirit and high attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chef Maître in overseeing daily operations.
Welcome and guide guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Support and coordinate the service team during lunch and dinner service.
Help manage table flow, reservations and timing during service.
Ensure service standards, attention to detail and consistency throughout the room.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest requests and feedback with discretion and professionalism.
