Description

As Assistant Maître at La Villa Lorraine, you will play an important role within the front-of-house team, helping to ensure a smooth, elegant, and memorable dining experience for every guest. Working closely with the Maître and service team, you will support the coordination of service, guest reception, and the overall flow of the dining room.
You will be involved in all aspects of fine dining service, including welcoming and seating guests, assisting in the coordination of service on the floor, supporting communication between kitchen and service, and helping to maintain consistently high hospitality standards throughout service.
This position is ideal for motivated hospitality professionals who are eager to grow into a leadership role and further develop their service skills in a high-end gastronomic environment.

Requirements

Hospitality student or recent graduate
Strong passion for hospitality, guest experience, and gastronomy
Leadership potential with a proactive and hands-on attitude
Ability to remain calm, structured, and efficient under pressure
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and/or French
