We are working with a reputable and well-known, design-led architecture studio seeking an Experienced Architect to join their team, focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across London and the United Kingdom.

The Role

You will play a key role in the technical design and delivery of residential projects, focusing on RIBA Stages 4 and 5. Sitting within an established team, you will be trusted to take ownership of packages and coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5 on residential and commercial projects
Produce and coordinate detailed information using Revit
Work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues
Support site stages, responding to queries and ensuring design intent is maintained
Contribute to programme management and delivery deadlines

Requirements

You are an ARB-registered Architect with strong UK residential experience
You have proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
You are highly proficient in Revit and confident working in BIM environments
You are comfortable coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external consultants
You have a strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
