🏢 About the Company

A fast-growing tech company delivering real-time intelligence across reputation, geopolitics, and narrative, helping organisations make better decisions, faster.

Their platform combines public and internal data to help corporates, investors, and public institutions detect risks, understand shifts in their environment, and act with greater confidence.

By merging intuitive dashboards with AI-powered analysis, the platform turns complex, fast-moving signals into clear, actionable intelligence, from reputation monitoring and geopolitical developments to competitive positioning and narrative change.

They help decision-makers track what matters across their ecosystem, benchmark against peers, and stay ahead of emerging threats and opportunities.

📋 Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on product professional who can shape product direction while staying close to delivery. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, front-end implementation, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work across complex intelligence use cases spanning reputation, geopolitics, marketing, and narrative tracking — translating user and business needs into product decisions, shipping front-end experiences, and collaborating with engineering, data, and AI teams to bring high-impact capabilities to market.

✅ Key Requirements

🎓 Education & Background

Bachelor's degree or higher in product design, computer science, engineering, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.

🧠 Product Sense

Strong ability to translate user needs, market context, and business priorities into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and execution plans.

💻 Front-End Development

Hands-on coding ability with solid proficiency in modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or similar.

🤖 AI & Agentic Tools

Practical experience using agentic coding tools and workflows (e.g. Codex, Claude Code) to accelerate prototyping, product iteration, and delivery.
Strong proficiency in LLMs and AI, including prompting, evaluation, AI product patterns, and a clear understanding of the opportunities and limitations of GenAI in user-facing products.

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

Experience working closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to take products from concept through launch, balancing UX, technical feasibility, and business impact.

🚀 Execution & Delivery

A track record of shipping digital products, prototypes, or front-end experiences that demonstrate strong product judgment and execution.

🗣️ Communication & Autonomy

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving, agile environment.

🎯 What They're Really Looking For

The emphasis for this role is on being deeply hands-on: someone who can define product direction, rapidly prototype and refine front-end experiences, and use AI-native and agentic coding workflows to accelerate execution.

This is not a pure UX/UI profile. They are looking for a product-minded builder who is comfortable writing front-end code, collaborating closely with engineers and data teams, and helping shape how LLM and AI capabilities are translated into robust customer-facing features.

🧩 Ideal Candidate Profile

Hybrid Product + Front-End profile — not a pure designer
Solid front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React
Uses agentic AI tools (Codex, Claude Code) to accelerate prototyping and iteration
Strong understanding of LLMs and AI patterns in user-facing products
Able to work on complex use cases: reputation, geopolitics, narrative tracking
Track record of shipped front-end products or prototypes
