About the Company

Our client is building a next-generation publishing platform at the intersection of AI, creators, books, and social commerce. Their mission is to help individuals transform ideas into published books and distribute them through modern social commerce channels, creating new opportunities for authors, creators, and consumers alike.

As the company scales, they are investing heavily in creator-led growth and affiliate partnerships. They are seeking a Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale a high-touch VIP creator program focused on driving product awareness, creator engagement, and revenue growth.

Role Overview

The Creator Partnerships & Affiliate Growth Lead will serve as the primary owner of a VIP creator program designed to cultivate relationships with high-performing TikTok Shop affiliates, BookTok creators, and social commerce influencers.

This is not an administrative or traditional virtual assistant role. The ideal candidate is a creator-facing revenue operator who understands partnerships, affiliate growth, relationship management, and creator engagement. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities, activating creators, managing campaigns, and helping creators maximize performance through data-driven insights and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will combine elements of account management, affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator relations, and growth operations into one highly impactful role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Excellent written English that feels natural for U.S. creator communication

Strong follow-up discipline

GMV Growth Incentive

The shop is currently doing approximately $350K/month in GMV.

There is a credible path to scaling meaningfully over the next 90 days by pitching, onboarding, and managing a small number of high-performing creators. A single high-performing creator can be worth approximately $100K/month in GMV, so onboarding and managing several of them could materially change the business.
We are open to a significant GMV-growth incentive for the right candidate.

A potential bonus structure would be approximately 1% of incremental GMV from managed creators, subject to attribution and margin guardrails.
For example:
$200K/month in incremental managed-creator GMV = $2K bonus
$500K/month in incremental managed-creator GMV = $5K bonus
$700K/month in incremental managed-creator GMV = $7K bonus
It is fair to say that the right candidate should have a credible path to consistently earning $2K/month or more in bonus commission, with substantially higher upside if they help us scale the creator program aggressively.

The right person should be excited by this upside. We want someone who is motivated by performance and wants to help build a creator revenue engine, not simply execute administrative tasks.
