Team Development: Support, mentor, and scale the regional sales team, providing them with the tactical and strategic guidance needed to qualify and close complex opportunities.
Key Account Architecture: Build deep, C-suite relationships with key decision-makers and influencers; map out account profiles, identify pipeline sizes, and align technology solutions with client long-term strategies.
Deal Execution & Negotiation: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, finalize complex multi-million dollar supply agreements, and oversee the end-to-end commercial proposal generation and review process.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Coordinate closely with the broader solar sales division to leverage existing client footprints, while collaborating with international sales support and global headquarters to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

Industry Experience: 10+ years of proven sales leadership within the Energy Storage (BESS) and/or Solar technology sectors, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of the utility, and data center markets.
Leadership Track Record: 5+ years of direct experience building and managing a national, strategic sales team to successfully execute high-growth market plans.
Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of North American renewable energy policies, regulatory frameworks, and incentives, and how they directly impact the financial viability of customer projects.
