About the Role:

We are seeking a commercially driven sales professional to help accelerate business growth.

This is not a traditional account management role.

This is not a passive business development position.

We are seeking a highly motivated commercial hunter who enjoys creating opportunities, building client relationships and generating revenue.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company’s commercial footprint and reducing founder dependency for sales generation.

Role Purpose:

The primary objective of the role is to generate revenue opportunities across company service offerings.

The role will focus heavily on:

EPCMs
Contractors
Engineering Firms
Construction Managers
Capital Project Organisations

The successful candidate will build and develop relationships that lead to:

Contract Services opportunities
Project Services opportunities
Managed Services opportunities
Strategic introductions and leads

The role will be particularly focused on expanding the company’s Contract Services business while also identifying broader opportunities across the organisation.

Role Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation

Generate new opportunities.
Build sales pipeline.
Develop target accounts.
Secure client meetings.
Convert opportunities into revenue.
Expand existing accounts.

Account Development

Develop relationships with key client stakeholders.
Understand client organisations and project pipelines.
Track upcoming projects and resource requirements.
Position the company as a preferred partner.

Opportunity Development

Identify staffing opportunities.
Identify project service opportunities.
Identify strategic service opportunities.
Support proposal development.
Support commercial negotiations.

Market Intelligence

Track major projects and capital programmes.
Understand market trends.
Monitor resource demand.
Identify future opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Account Management, 360 Recruitment with strong business development, or Technical Recruitment within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or project services.
Experience selling services to:
- Engineering firms
- Construction companies
- EPCM organizations
- Infrastructure or capital project environments
Background selling contract services, staffing, workforce solutions, or project consulting services.
Familiarity with engineering, construction, industrial, or capital project delivery.
Existing professional network within the capital projects or project services industry is highly desirable.
