An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of one of London’s most respected and influential Michelin-starred restaurants.

The Role

Working as part of a highly regarded kitchen team, you will support the day-to-day running of your section and contribute to the consistency, precision and quality the restaurant is known for.

You will:

Run your section confidently during prep and service
Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high standard
Work with exceptional ingredients and maintain a meticulous approach to quality
Support senior chefs and collaborate closely with the wider brigade
Maintain excellent mise en place, cleanliness and organisation
Contribute positively to a professional, disciplined and supportive kitchen culture

About You

Current Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, or stronger CDP-level chef
Experience within quality-led, high-end, Michelin or AA Rosette kitchens would be highly beneficial
Passionate about ingredients, seasonality and refined cooking
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Calm, organised and professional under pressure
Looking to develop within a respected London brigade
