The Role

You will join a growing landscape planning team at a key moment of expansion, with the opportunity to shape both projects and the wider direction of the discipline within the studio. You will play a central role across a varied portfolio, working closely with colleagues and clients while developing your own leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to landscape planning projects across a wide range of scales and sectors
Prepare landscape and townscape character assessments, LVIA, and capacity and sensitivity studies
Develop mitigation strategies and enhancement proposals for planning submissions
Manage client relationships and support project delivery from inception to completion
Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

Requirements

You are a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute
You have 5 to 10 plus years of professional experience in landscape planning
You have strong working knowledge of the UK planning system and EIA processes
You are confident delivering LVIA in line with current guidance and best practice
You are a clear and persuasive writer with strong analytical and communication skills
