Role Summary

We are seeking an exceptionally sharp, business-minded Legal Executive Assistant to serve as a dual-engine resource supporting our Head of Operations and our President. This high-leverage position splits your time equally between internal corporate governance and external market-facing coordination.

This is not a traditional support role. We need an administrative professional with foundational legal literacy—someone who can manage fast-moving inbox communications, architect complex global travel, and comfortably read through commercial contracts to flag potential risk. You will act as a true executive right-hand, managing high-stakes logistics and information flows with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Review & Inbox Governance (50% — Supporting Deep)

First-Pass Legal Contract Review: Audit incoming commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs. You will systematically read through documents to flag, highlight, and summarize critical clauses involving risk parameters such as liability caps, indemnity boundaries, and data privacy compliance structures.
Inbox Architecture: Take command of the Head of Operations' inbox—filtering communication, prioritizing urgent operational bottlenecks, and drafting precise, well-judged internal email replies on their behalf.
Process Tracking: Keep internal legal and operational action items moving across various departments, closing communication loops before deadlines slip.

2. Global Travel Logistics & Schedule Optimization (50% — Supporting the President)

Bespoke Travel Architecture: Research, build, and deploy comprehensive end-to-end international travel itineraries—proactively accounting for transit windows, changing visa requirements, time zone adjustments, and high-stakes local logistics.
Multi-Timezone Calendar Management: Architect and manage complex calendars for the President, seamlessly scheduling meetings, dinners, and events across radically disparate global time zones (e.g., San Francisco to Bangkok).
Targeted Client Scheduling: Act as a polished, professional administrative bridge for the President, managing meeting coordination and scheduling touchpoints with high-value external clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal EA, or Contract Coordinator supporting senior corporate executives or legal teams.
Contractual Literacy: Direct experience reading and parsing corporate legal documentation or commercial contracts. You must possess the analytical ability to comfortably isolate risk-sensitive language (indemnity, liability, etc.).
Global Logistical Prowess: Masterful understanding of global travel coordination, international time zones, and flight routing logic.
The "High-Agency" Mindset: A self-starter who operates with exceptional business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills. You do not wait for step-by-step instructions; you analyze the objectives and bring back completed results.
Communication Mastery: Polished, executive-level written and verbal English communication skills, capable of mirroring the tone and intent of separate executive leaders flawlessly.
