What you'll do

Build and deploy production-grade machine learning systems that power core AI capabilities.
Own projects end-to-end, from data preparation and model training to evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Translate research ideas into scalable, reliable production systems.
Design and improve machine learning pipelines, inference systems, and data workflows.
Debug production model behavior and optimize systems using real-world usage signals.
Continuously improve model quality, latency, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with research, backend, product, and application engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.
Mentor fellow engineers through technical guidance, collaboration, and code reviews.

What we're looking for

Experience building and deploying machine learning systems used by real customers.
Strong understanding of modern machine learning models and their behavior in production environments.
Experience with Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or JAX.
Strong software engineering skills with the ability to build reliable, maintainable production systems.
Experience designing or maintaining training, inference, and evaluation pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical challenges.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
A builder's mindset with a passion for shipping high-quality AI solutions that deliver real user value.
