Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to develop and execute trade marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, increase product sales, and enhance customer engagement at the point of sale. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, and brand teams to ensure effective in-market execution of promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with sales and brand objectives.
Execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate merchandising activities to ensure optimal product visibility and brand presence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and recommend improvements.
Work closely with the sales team to support customer-specific promotional activities.
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and merchandising partners.
Manage and track trade marketing budgets and promotional expenses.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate the production and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials.
Ensure brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all retail channels.
Prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI, and market insights.
Collaborate with suppliers and brand principals to execute marketing initiatives effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales, preferably within the FMCG, food & beverage, trading, or distribution industry.
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and shopper marketing.
Experience planning and executing trade promotions and in-store activations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience using reporting tools or CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Valid driving license is an advantage.

Experience working with modern trade, traditional trade, and HORECA channels.
Knowledge of category management and retail execution best practices.
Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness.
