The Role

You will play a key role in delivering large-scale residential projects, working within a BIM-led environment using Revit. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external consultants, supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate residential schemes across multiple RIBA stages
Produce detailed design and technical packages using Revit
Collaborate with consultants and wider project teams
Contribute to project delivery, ensuring design intent is maintained
Support coordination and quality control across drawings and models

Requirements

You are an ARB-registered Architect with UK project experience
You have strong, demonstrable Revit capability in practice
You have experience working on large-scale residential projects
You are confident coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
You are eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, as this is not available for the role
