Alongside delivering exceptional technical output in AutoCAD, you will play a key role in shaping the studio’s future—leading, mentoring and inspiring a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design and delivery of complex, high-end interior architecture projects
Produce detailed AutoCAD drawing packages to an exceptional standard
Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into buildable solutions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and stakeholders across project stages
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
Contribute to studio processes, standards and project delivery strategies

Requirements:

ARB registered Architect or Technologist with at least 4-5 years post qualification experience
Proven portfolio of luxury or high-end residential, hospitality or commercial projects
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
Experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages
Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and team development
Excellent communication and coordination skills
