Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated, dependable, and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care throughout Hudson, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, and Bayonet Point, Florida.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with safe transfers and mobility.
Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.

Qualifications

Current Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
Weekend availability is required, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Experience using a Hoyer lift is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and expand their caregiving skills.
