Duty Manager

We are seeking a proactive and guest‑oriented Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for guests, manage operational challenges, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional service. Requirement: • Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years in hotel operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. • Strong knowledge of hotel systems and operational procedures. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, IDS, or similar). • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
