Paid Media Manager: PPC Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive, and client-facing B2B Paid Media / PPC Specialist to support the hands-on execution, optimization, and reporting of performance marketing campaigns for our B2B clients. This position is built for a self-directed operator who possesses deep, practical experience managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. You will take full ownership of campaign pacing, budgets, bidding strategies, client communication, and cross-funnel data analysis with minimal hand-holding.

Initially, you will focus on supporting one major cornerstone client account. As our consultancy scales, you will gradually grow your portfolio to fully manage multiple B2B accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Campaign Management & Optimization

Omnichannel Execution: Deploy, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Support secondary channels like Bing Ads as required.
Pacing & Budget Governance: Ruthlessly monitor campaign delivery, budgets, and bid configurations to ensure target ad spend is deployed accurately without over- or under-pacing.
Data-Driven Adjustments: Analyze performance datasets across top-of-funnel (TOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) structures to dynamically pause, optimize, or scale campaigns in alignment with client business goals.

2. Performance Analytics & Revenue Attribution

Dashboard Maintenance: Own the weekly update schedule for client dashboards, ensuring financial and operational data is flawless.
Downstream Attribution: Pull and interpret reporting metrics from enterprise CRMs (HubSpot and Salesforce) to measure paid media performance directly against qualified meetings, pipeline velocity, and closed-won revenue outcomes.
Data Hygiene: Actively identify analytical discrepancies, tracking gaps, or attribution anomalies, proactively asking the right questions to resolve data bugs.

3. Client-Facing Account Support

Meeting Participation: Join weekly client status calls, actively participating in performance discussions and translating complex campaign data into actionable insights.
Agenda Preparation: Help draft structured meeting agendas populated with clear performance updates, micro-trends, and proactive strategic recommendations.
Loop Closure: Document, track, and execute all administrative and strategic action items spinning out of client calls, gradually expanding your leadership presence to lead account reviews independently.

4. Creative Coordination & Project Management

Ad Copywriting: Draft, refine, and test compelling, value-first B2B ad copy tailored to specific target personas.
Creative Briefing: Author clear, structured design briefs for our creative team, guiding the production of static images, GIFs, and video assets, while providing constructive feedback to match brand guidelines.
Workflow Organization: Manage your daily task velocity within Asana, coming to internal one-on-ones fully prepared with clear priorities, documented blockers, and system recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing, with a mandatory specialization in B2B marketing.
Core Ad Platform Mastery: Proven track record of managing meaningful ad budgets directly inside LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads manager suites.
CRM & Tool Infrastructure: Direct experience generating reports and navigating sales pipelines inside HubSpot and/or Salesforce. Fluent with Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, and AI tools (such as Claude) to maximize execution leverage.
Revenue Orientation: The ability to look past superficial metrics (clicks, impressions, cost-per-lead) to connect paid strategy directly to enterprise pipeline growth and revenue.
Communication Mastery: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills. You are highly comfortable in front of clients and express data-backed strategies with confidence and professional warmth.
Operating Style: Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and deadline-driven. You excel in fast-moving agency or consultancy environments where you are expected to bring recommendations to the table rather than waiting for direction.
