We are currently seeking a talented Project Architect to join a dynamic team delivering a high rise, high-risk residential scheme in the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-driven architect to take ownership of key project stages within a collaborative, design-focused environment. You’ll play a central role in delivering complex housing projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation throughout.

Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination and development of project packages across RIBA stages
Produce and manage detailed design information using Revit
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, particularly within high-risk residential frameworks
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Support project delivery programmes, budgets, and client expectations
Contribute to technical reviews and problem-solving across schemes

Requirements:

ARB-registered Architect
2–5 years’ post-qualification experience within a UK practice
Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)
Proven experience working on UK residential or housing projects
Solid understanding of technical delivery and regulatory requirements
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work both independently and within a broader team
Have the right to live and work in the UK
