Customer Service & Order Processing Representative (Remote)

Location: Remote (South Africa & LATAM)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week), overlapping with US business hours

A global leader in flooring, textiles, and home décor products, supplying major retailers across North America. We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Processing Representative to support our growing operations.

Role Overview

Provide excellent customer support while managing high-volume order processing. You'll handle customer inquiries, process orders, resolve shipping issues, and maintain accurate data across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle 30+ inbound customer calls daily
Process and track purchase orders
Update order information and customer records
Resolve shipping, inventory, and order issues
Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems
Use Excel to manage reports and inventory data
Collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office

Nice to Have

Experience with AS400 or other ERP systems
Knowledge of EDI or retail supply chain processes
