Compassion in World Farming International is seeking an experienced Global Senior Prospect Research Manager to build and sustain a strong, high-quality prospect pipeline for its Global Philanthropy team. This is an opportunity to shape how Compassion identifies, prioritises and builds relationships with high-potential donors worldwide, powering the income that enables the organisation to campaign for a world where farm animals are treated with compassion and respect.

Founded in 1967 by British farmer Peter Roberts, Compassion in World Farming has spent almost six decades driving change for farm animals. The organisation has helped secure landmark improvements in animal welfare, influenced governments and food businesses around the world and continues to challenge the systems behind factory farming through evidence, advocacy and collaboration.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Philanthropy, you will lead and strengthen the global prospect research function, developing the systems and processes needed to identify, research and prioritise prospects across the UK, US and European markets. You will produce detailed, in-depth prospect research profiles, lead on due diligence and ethical screening, and play a central role in shaping prospect strategy and KPIs that support Compassion's ambitious growth plans to 2030.

Working closely with the Global Head of Major Donors, the Global Head of Trusts & Foundations and colleagues across CRM & Insights and Individual Giving, you will act as a trusted partner to the Fundraising Senior Management Team - strengthening pipeline management, improving the quality of prospect insight and embedding best practice in research and data across the function.

The successful candidate will bring prospect research experience within an international fundraising team or comparable environment, alongside a strong track record of building and managing a prospect pipeline that supports income growth. You will be an excellent communicator with sharp analytical skills, confident using CRM systems such as Salesforce, and motivated by the opportunity to help deliver lasting change for animals, people and the planet.
