Hours: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time (CST)

They specialize in acquiring off-market land across the US Midwest through targeted marketing campaigns, purchasing properties below market value, and reselling them for profit.

As an early-stage business, they are building their operations from the ground up and are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment with opportunities for long-term growth.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an Operations & Lead Management Coordinator to manage the daily flow of inbound leads and support the company's acquisition process. This is a sales-focused operations role where you'll spend most of your day responding to text messages, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data, and ensuring high-quality opportunities are passed to the founder.

As the business grows, the role will expand to include phone conversations with property owners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound SMS campaigns.
Respond to property owner inquiries using company templates and SOPs.
Qualify leads and identify motivated sellers.
Pass qualified opportunities to the founder with complete and accurate information.
Maintain CRM records, notes, and pipeline updates.
Ensure consistent follow-up so no opportunities are missed.
Support operational and administrative tasks as the business continues to scale.

What We're Looking For

Exceptional written and spoken English with a natural US communication style.
Experience in sales support, lead generation, customer service, SDR, or similar client-facing roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities can evolve.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage large volumes of work efficiently.
Experience in real estate or property investing is beneficial but not required.

Full-time independent contractor position.
Working hours aligned to US Central Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
