Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Role Summary: We are seeking a bilingual (English/Mandarin) Administrative Assistant to support client relationship management, business administration, and operational activities. The role involves coordinating corporate documentation, conducting research, preparing presentations and reports, managing office logistics, and supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

BD clients contact and communication after major relationship build up
Paper work and document filing related to corporate finance, bank transactions and other business administration matters
Data collection, research and basic analysis
Office logistics (schedule arrangements, book meeting, etc.)
Create/edit presentations, spreadsheets, documents

Requirements:

Fluency in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
2-3 years of experience in a financial institution, business consulting firm, or corporate Business Development team
Biology degree/pharma background preferable
Willingness to travel within Suzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including nights
Oversea experience or education background in Finance or Biotech is preferred
