About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing residential cleaning company serving homeowners across the United States. They are looking for an organized, customer-focused Office Manager & Customer Operations Coordinator to oversee customer inquiries, scheduling, dispatch, and light recruiting support.

This is a hands-on operations role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating schedules, and keeping daily operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries.
Convert leads into booked cleaning appointments.
Provide quotes and manage customer communications.
Handle reschedules, special requests, and follow-ups.

Operations & Scheduling

Coordinate daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Dispatch and communicate with field cleaning teams.
Update customer records and booking information.
Ensure schedules are optimized and running smoothly.

Recruitment Support

Review applications for cleaning staff.
Conduct initial phone screenings.
Schedule qualified candidates for interviews.
Coordinate interview reminders and attendance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, office coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or operations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using CRM and scheduling software.
Available to work US Central Time (CST) hours.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.

Nice to Have

Experience with BookingKoala, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms.
Background in home services or residential cleaning.
Experience with inbound sales or appointment setting.
Previous recruitment or interview coordination experience.
