Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate architectural projects through multiple RIBA stages, from design development through to completion.
Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring programme, quality and client expectations are achieved.
Develop and oversee planning submissions, technical packages and construction information.
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders, leading meetings and maintaining strong working relationships.
Coordinate project information and resolve design and technical challenges as projects progress.
Support the delivery of commercial workplace and retrofit projects, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.
Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members where required.
Play an active role within a collaborative studio that values design quality, teamwork and professional development.

Key Requirements

ARB registered Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
Experience working on commercial workplace, retrofit, education or similar complex project types.
Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit.
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Experience coordinating consultants and managing project programmes.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
