🚀 Are you a Paid Media Top Performer? Own Your Channel and Conquer the US Market

Location: 100% Remote (Latin America) Market: United States English Level: Advanced / Fluent (Mandatory)

Do you have a proven track record of maximizing ROAS, managing high-impact budgets, and scaling campaigns in the US market?

We aren't looking for a "unicorn" who does a little bit of everything; we are looking for an exceptional strategist who is a master of their domain. Whether your sweet spot is the Search ecosystem, Social Media, or Programmatic buying, if you have an A-player mindset and know exactly how to turn ad spend into exponential growth, you belong here.

🎯 What You'll Do

Drive Growth: Design, execute, and scale user acquisition strategies within your area of expertise, aggressively targeting the US market.
Maximize Performance: Manage and optimize top-tier budgets, ensuring the best Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and an outstanding Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Analyze & Experiment: Monitor key metrics in real-time, run continuous A/B tests, and make purely data-driven decisions to iterate fast and scale without burning through budget.
Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the creative, data, and CRO teams to ensure your campaigns deliver maximum impact across the entire funnel.

👤 Who We Are Looking For

High-Level Expertise: You have deep knowledge and proven experience in at least one of these areas (you do not need to master all three):
- Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- SEM / Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max.
- Programmatic Advertising: DSPs, automated media buying, RTB.
Advanced English (C1/C2): You are completely fluent in both written and spoken English. Your day-to-day will be in English, communicating with the team and analyzing US audiences. This requirement is strictly mandatory to be considered for the role.
Proven Track Record: You can demonstrate how you have managed, optimized, and scaled profitable campaigns with 5- or 6-figure budgets in the past.
Analytical Vision: You deeply understand attribution models, tracking pixels, and web analytics. You spot optimization opportunities where others just see dashboards.
A-Player DNA: You are proactive, highly self-managed in a 100% remote environment, and driven entirely by the results you achieve.

100% Remote Work: Work from the comfort of your home or anywhere you prefer in Latin America.
