About Us

Our client is a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment and operating company focused on acquiring, improving, and operating industrial and retail properties across multiple markets. They are in an aggressive growth phase with a clear vision: to build a $1 billion portfolio of assets under management over the next decade through disciplined acquisitions, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

They move fast, operate with high accountability, and are obsessed with execution. Their goal is simple: build a scalable machine — not a business that relies on heroics.

They operate by a clear set of values:

Say YES! – We are solutions-oriented and take initiative
Perpetual Growth – We are always improving
Extreme Ownership – We take full responsibility for outcomes
Build the Whole Human – We invest in growth professionally and personally
Systems Not Saviors – Build the Machine | No Hero Mode | Playbooks Not Panic

If you want to be part of building something real — not just maintaining it — you’ll fit here.

About the Role

We're looking for a high-performing, systems-minded operator to work directly with the COO to help scale the brand.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, project management, and commercial real estate transactions. You'll help keep acquisitions moving, lead cross-functional projects, and improve the systems that allow our business to operate more efficiently.

Some days you'll be coordinating an acquisition closing. Other days you'll be building a new workflow in Monday.com, implementing a new technology tool, organizing Google Drive, improving an internal process, or helping execute strategic initiatives from leadership.

If you enjoy solving problems, building better systems, learning new technology, and turning ideas into repeatable processes, you'll thrive in this role.

Transaction Coordination

Manage transaction workflows within Monday.com.
Coordinate attorneys, brokers, lenders, title companies, and internal team members.
Track due diligence, deadlines, and key milestones.
Ensure every task has clear ownership and accountability.
Identify potential risks early and help keep transactions on schedule.

Strategic Projects

Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
Coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining accountability and momentum.
Track timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables.
Solve problems proactively and remove obstacles before they impact progress.
Provide leadership with clear updates and recommendations.

Systems, Technology & Process Improvement

Build and continuously improve workflows within Monday.com.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support technology initiatives across the organization, including AI tools, workflow automation, and new software implementations.
Research, evaluate, and implement technology that helps the business operate more effectively.
Organize and improve internal systems, documentation, and operating procedures.
Help leadership turn ideas into scalable, repeatable processes.
Continuously look for ways to make the business faster, simpler, and more efficient.

About You

You thrive in environments where there's always something to improve.

You're naturally organized, but more importantly, you're a systems thinker. You enjoy learning new technology, figuring out how things work, and finding better ways to accomplish tasks. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable learning new tools quickly and using technology to solve business problems.

You take ownership, move quickly, communicate clearly, and enjoy turning complexity into simple, repeatable processes.

You'll Thrive Here If You...

Love building systems that make work easier.
Pick up new software and technology quickly.
Enjoy improving processes instead of simply following them.
Can balance strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.
Are comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing organization.
Take ownership without waiting to be told every next step.
Follow through relentlessly until projects are complete.
Enjoy working directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives.
