Location: Remote (Open to talent in the Philippines or South Africa)
Working Hours: 32–40 hours per week (Flexible schedule with US and Australia time zone alignment)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and social media-savvy Executive Social Media & Personal Assistant to provide executive support while helping manage the founder's online presence and content operations.

This role combines executive assistance with social media coordination, supporting both the founder's personal brand and the company's digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands social media trends, enjoys working behind the scenes, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Operations

Schedule, publish, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, and other social platforms.
Research trending content, viral formats, audio, and platform trends relevant to the brand and founder.
Coordinate the content creation process from planning through publishing.
Assist with community management by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
Organize content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage email inboxes, calendars, and daily task priorities.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and collaboration requests.
Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and event planning.
Organize digital assets, creative briefs, campaign documentation, and files within Google Drive, Notion, or similar platforms.
Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Qualifications

Required

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or Influencer Coordinator.
Experience supporting an entrepreneur, executive, creator, or D2C business is preferred.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, X, and short-form content trends.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred

Experience managing influencer outreach or gifting campaigns.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Experience supporting content creators, influencers, or fast-growing e-commerce brands.
