Technical Recruiter (Engineering, Data & AI)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and AI/Machine Learning roles. This position requires someone who understands modern technology stacks and can confidently identify, engage, and assess highly technical talent.

The ideal candidate has a strong background recruiting engineers and is comfortable partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, and managing multiple technical searches simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform, and AI/ML roles.
Source high-quality technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate experience, technical knowledge, and role alignment.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
Maintain accurate ATS records and manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through offer.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent.
Proven success hiring Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, or similar technical roles.
Strong understanding of modern technologies including Python, TypeScript, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI frameworks.
Experience sourcing passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with US-based teams.
