This is not a typical “operate the mine” role — this is a build it from the ground up opportunity. We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience in mine development, construction, and commissioning, not just running existing operations. If you’ve taken projects from design through to production, this role is for you. Candidates from engineering, EPC/EPCM, or project environments are highly preferred, especially those who understand how to turn assets into producing mines. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver a major gold project.
