The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the top of our sales funnel. This full-time remote role is focused on immediate lead response, strategic qualification, and consistent appointment setting. You will be the first impression of our brand, ensuring that no opportunity slips through and that our leadership team can focus on closing deals and strategy.

This position is designed for a self-starter with strong communication skills and professional presence who can operate independently while staying closely aligned with our U.S.-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the inbound response process by contacting new leads within 10 minutes of inquiry through phone, email, or text.
Qualify prospects against CRM criteria to ensure only high-quality leads are advanced.
Book and confirm meetings directly in the leadership calendar while proactively reducing no-shows.
Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline inside our CRM.
Follow up with non-responsive leads using a multi-channel cadence.
Represent the brand with professionalism in every interaction and provide soft introductions when handing off leads.
Collaborate daily with the leadership team through Slack and other communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency.

Performance Metrics and Goals

Contact 80% or more of inbound leads within 10 minutes of inquiry.
Consistently book qualified appointments and improve conversion rates over time.
Maintain accurate logging of all activities and ensure a clean, report-ready CRM.
Deliver 30 to 50 qualified meetings per month, depending on lead flow.

What We’re Looking For

2 to 4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, handles rejection with professionalism, and continuously improves performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional presence on the phone and in email. A neutral accent is highly valued.
Strong sales acumen, including prospecting, qualification, and appointment setting.
Familiarity with Sales force CRM or similar sales platforms.
A problem-solver with positive energy who works well in a fast-moving U.S.-based team.
Bonus: experience in marketing, advertising, or events industries.
